1.How long does it take to process the order?
Once the purchase is successfully completed, the order is automatically forwarded to our logistics partner for processing and preparation for shipping.
2.How long does delivery take?
Orders within Riyadh are delivered within 12 if the order is placed before 2 PM local time, orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.
Please note that Rhythmic is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the shipping company.
3.Do you deliver outside Riyadh?
Delivery is available only within the city of Riyadh.
4.What is the shipping cost?
The shipping cost within Riyadh is 19. Including VAT.
5.What happens if delivery is delayed?
In case of unexpected delays, please contact our customer service team. We will follow up on your order status and take appropriate action as quickly as possible.
6.Can I cancel my order after it has been confirmed?
The customer may cancel the order after confirmation through the website, provided this processes must be accomplished prior order processing and preparation stage. Please note that if the cancellation is delayed, the order will be treated as a return and the applicable return fees will apply.
The order may also be automatically canceled if the product is out of stock.
