Return and Exchange Policy

At Rhythmic, we believe you deserve an exceptional shopping experience from start till the end . In line with this commitment, we present below our Return and Exchange Policy along with Delivery Timelines.


1.Can I return or exchange a product or Bundle?

A product or Bundle may be exchanged if it is damaged or does not match the order, the customer must send a photo and video clarifying the condition of the product via WhatsApp with the purchase invoice within (3) days of receiving the order.

- For returns, the product or bundle must be in its original condition, unopened, with all accessories intact. The customer is required to send a photo and a video clearly showing the product’s condition to Rhythmic customer service via WhatsApp, along with the purchase invoice, within three (3) days of receiving the order.



2.What conditions must be met to approve a return or exchange request?

To ensure the acceptance of a return or exchange request, the following conditions must be met:

·      Due to the sensitive nature of the products, the request must be submitted within 3 days from the date of receiving the order.

·      The product must be in its original condition, unopened and unused, with all accessories.

·      The customer must provide the original purchase invoice or electronic payment receipt, along with clear photos and video of the product sent to customer service.

Rhythmic reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.


3. Return or Exchange Mechanism:

·      he request must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product or bundle via Rhythmic WhatsApp.

·      After verifying that the request meets the conditions, Rhythmic will issue the return or exchange airway bill in coordination with the shipping company.

·      The customer will be contacted to arrange the pickup.

·      and the courier will inspect the product’s condition before collecting it.

·      If the customer does not respond to the shipping company to coordinate the return/exchange process within three (3) days, the return/exchange request will be canceled.



4. Are there any shipping fees for returns or exchanges?

If the reason is a defect or a mistake from the store, Rhythmic will cover the shipping costs.

If the return or exchange is due to a personal reason, the shipping fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.



5. How long does it take to receive a refund?

Refunds are processed within 2 to 10 business days from the date the returned product is received. Refund will be made using the same payment method.


6. Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Bundles or opened products cannot be returned or exchanged, to ensure the integrity of the ingredients and the quality of the product.

Products purchased as part of special offers or discounts are not eligible for return, but may be exchanged if the conditions are met.



This policy has been drafted in both Arabic and English, and in the event of any inconsistency or difference in interpretation, the Arabic language shall prevail over the English text.
